   We have been providing our customers with food products that are carefully manufactured in a quality controlled environment. Our products range from raw, unprocessed food components to the ones that are processed in our manufacturing plants. The customary method of food processing is the basis for our practices, we actually preserve the taste that can only be found in a home based food processing trend. The following are some of the main items we process. We hope this will give you a clear understanding about our products.


Berbere
This is one of the most common food products the Ethiopian diet is accustomed to. Berbere gives the burning sensetion in most of the traditional foods Ethiopia is well known for. It is the combination of the following components.
  • First Class MAREKO Berbere(Dried and grounded pepper)
  • Cardamon
  • Black Cumin
  • Garlic
  • Onion
  • Coriander
  • Cloves
  • Bishop Seeds

 There are also other substances that are used in minute amounts to give the product the necessary edge it is required to have. Other than the spiced up Berbere product we have a non-spiced pure pepper product for those who prefer it without spices.





Aja
This is one of the most common food products the Ethiopian diet is accustomed to. Berbere gives the burning sensetion in most of the traditional foods Ethiopia is well known for. It is the combination of the following components.
  • "Aja"
  • Barley
  • Red Teff
  • "Abesh"
  • "Zengada"
  • Beans
  • Lentils
  •  The proportioned mix of the above components yields a high quality "Aja".





Bulla
Bulla is one of the best extracts from a False bannan tree or so as we call it "Enset". when cooked properly this fine flour turns into a jelly like food. which is very tasty and fun to eat. Bulla needs a good amount of butter to taste good. It is one of the traditional foods the south Ethiopian region offers.By its nature Bulla isn't mixed with anything else so the only component is,
  • Pure Bulla flour



Miten Shiro
Shiro is probably the most consumed food product in Ethiopia. The nature of Shiro makes it suitable to cook as a stew fast. We give great care for our all our products but shiro is one of those which require extra care. The grounding of the following mixture is what we call "Miten Shiro".
  • Dried Peas
  • Cardamon
  • Black Cumin
  • Garlic
  • Onion
  • Pepper
  • Basil
  • Ginger
  • Salt
  • Roasted "Abesh"
  • Rozmerina
  • Bishop Seeds

 The mixture of the above substances is grind finely into a dark yellow flour, which is called "Shiro". This flour can be stewed to be eaten with "Injera" or it can be prepared in any other way the customer preferes.




Mekelesha
Mekelesha is one of the most used additives in many Ethiopian recipes. It is a powder mixture of different spices and herbs that gives a good smell and taste to a given recipe. The following items are found in a specific batch of mekelesha,
  • Cinnamon
  • Cardamon
  • Pepper
  • Cones
  • Nutmeg
  • Cloves
